This 90 minute session is a great way to start off a number of events; birthday parties, work dos, stag and hen nights etc. We accept a minimum of 12 people
ARRIVAL/INTRODUCTION
You receive a glass of complimentary Prosecco and some crostini canapés to start off your session which begins with a general introduction to cocktails and the equipment used and the ideas behind putting tastes together etc.
DEMONSTRATIONS & HANDS ON PRACTICE
Demonstration of how to make Mojito, followed by splitting into teams of four/five. Each table set up with ingredients and equipment to make Mojito. Each guest gets to practice making and tasting/having Mojito.Demonstration of how to make Cosmopolitan, followed by splitting into two teams of five. Each table set up with ingredients and equipment to make Cosmo. Each guest gets to practice making and tasting/having Cosmo.
CREATE OWN COCKTAIL
Guests get opportunity to create their own cocktail using ingredients on their table. They write up their cocktail as a group and present to barista and other table to taste. One table named as winners!

COST
The cost of £17.50 per person includes; a glass of prosecco, canapés and two cocktails. If you have a different budget then we can create a format specifically for you—just give us a call.
